You can increase a skill (one at a time) temporarily by half as much as your mind boost level. The increased skill level will never exceed its maximum and cannot be increased more than the basic rate of the skill. Not all skill can be increased by mind boost. Cost: mind boost level x 5 SPs. The minimal reuse time of mind boost is 1 hour (though this can be reduced with the chronocompensation skill) and can be instantly reset with the use of 1/3 of an AS or 1 AP.
You can boost the majority of skills, but not all of them. These are the ones you can't mind boost.
